AccuSculpt Laser Lipo
With the exciting new AccuSculpt procedure you can sculpt small troublesome areas of the body like the bra line, love handles, arms and thighs, all in about 45 minutes per area and with the use of only local anesthesia. The average AccuSculpt patient only requires a couple days of downtime making it the perfect end of week procedure.
The AccuSculpt system has been developed to provide the digital precision needed for the delicate work that other systems just can't perform. The system's 1444nm wavelength is ideal for targeting both fat and water, substantially reducing the effects of thermal collateral damage and increasing the effect on fat deposits. With the digital precision provided by the AccuSculpt system, physicians now have a safe and effective 45 minute procedure to offer those patients looking for immediate results with only minimal downtime.

HOW THE ACCUSCULPT LASER LIPO PRECEDURE IS DONE AT VITALIA
- It starts with a free consultation to ensure this is the right procedure for you.
- If you are a good candidate you will be given “Before” and “After” procedure instructions.
- You will be given a prescription for antibiotics, and be measured for a compression garment to wear after treatment on the area that has been treated.
- Dr. Eric Khairalla will go over what to expect, what he expects from you to ensure a successful result, and answer any questions you may have.
- The consult may be done at Vitalia MedSpa or at Dr. Khairalla’s office in Chevy Chase, MD.
- The procedure will be done at Vitalia MedSpa.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE ACCUSCULPT PROCEDURE
- Once the treatment is complete, you will put on the compression garment. Dr. Khairalla will tell you how long you should wear the garment.
- A follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
- You will be reminded to take the remaining antibiotics.
- Once home, you should anticipate some tenderness for one or two days.
- If you have the treatment on a Friday you should have no problem returning to work on Monday.
Tummy Tuck with The Finishing Touch Package
A flat and well toned abdomen is something many of us strive for through exercise and diet. Sometimes though, these efforts are not enough to achieve our goal. Even individuals with normal body weight can develop an abdomen that protrudes or is loose and sagging.
The Tummy Tuck, also known as abdominoplasty surgery, removes excess fat and skin and often tightens the abdominal muscles creating a flatter, tighter abdomen. Surgery typically lasts 3 to 4 hours. It is done in a hospital under general anesthesia on an out patient basis, meaning you are able to go home that same day. Most patients are back to work in 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the extent of the surgery.
The best candidates for this surgery are those that exercise but still have loose skin and fat pockets, or women after pregnancy. In addition, this surgery works well on those patients who have lost weight but need to tighten up an area.
Eyelid Surgery with The Finishing Touch Package
They say the eyes are the entrance to one’s soul. Unfortunately, as we age, our eyes and the area around them can sag, giving us a tired appearance. Cosmetic eyelid surgery, also knows as Blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure designed to give you a rejuvenated appearance around the eyes.
Specifically, eyelid surgery treats loose or sagging skin that creates folds or disturbs the natural crease of the upper eyelid; treats excess fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the upper eyelids or “bags” in the lower eyelids and/or excess skin and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid.
Eyelid surgery is performed in a hospital on an out-patient basis under general anesthesia and can take 1 to 3 hours. Any bulging fat is removed and the excess skin is pulled and trimmed. The incisions are well concealed in the crease of the upper and lower eyelids. There may be bruising and swelling for up to 2 weeks, and the final results will appear after several weeks.
This package includes Botox and Dermal Fillers to give the eyelid “lift” The Finishing Touch.
Breast Lift/Breast Augmentation with The Finishing Touch Package
Our confidence is often tied to how we see our self. The breasts help balance your figure and enhance your self-image and confidence. If you are dissatisfied with your breast size, contour, or if your breasts are sagging, it may be time to consider breast augmentation and/or breast lift.
Breast augmentation, also knows as mammoplasty, can even out breasts that are different sizes or shapes, bring the breasts into proportion with the rest of the body, and help reshape breasts that have lost volume due to weight loss, pregnancy, or breast feeding.
A breast lift, also known as mastopexy, can be done in conjunction with a breast augmentation, or separately. Surgery for augmentation and/or lift is done in a hospital on an out-patient basis under general anesthesia and can take 1 to 2 hours. Most patients are back to work within the first week, and full, unrestricted activities may be resumed in 4 weeks.
This package includes VelaShape to smooth out cellulite and tone the skin.
Liposuction with The Finishing Touch
Liposuction is a common contouring and sculpting procedure performed to remove excess body fat. Local accumulations of fat in the neck, arms, breasts, chest, abdomen, thighs and hips can all be treated by liposuction. Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity. It is most effective in removing those unwanted localized fat deposits resistant to diet and exercise. The ideal candidate for liposuction is a person with good skin tone who is close to their normal body weight but has distinct areas of localized fat, disproportionate to the rest of their body.
Surgery for liposuction is done in a hospital on an out-patient basis under general anesthesia. It may take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours depending on the areas being suctioned. A compression garment is worn after the surgery to help contour the area that was liposuctioned. Most people are back to work within a couple of days to a week.
This package includes a series of 5 VelaShape treatments that will be started after healing is complete from the tummy tuck; generally XXXX weeks. By using the VelaShape as The Finishing Touch, we are able to minimize cellulite and ensure the best possible success of the procedure.
