I just wanted to reach out and let you know about my experience and my co-worker's experience, Ileana's at Vitalia. We both had a visit at Vitalia MedSpa last week with Kim for laser hair removal. I recommended Kim to Ileana based on my past, amazing experiences. Kim gave us wonderful, professional service. We were both charged for a 30 minute visit, which was ideal. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I am enjoying my IPL photo facial. Kim has done such a terrific job with my skin! I first tried IPL last year, loved the results and just had a touch up today. Recently, I had an opportunity to try an IPL at another Med Spa and there was simply no comparison. The broken capillaries remained, and it was though I had nothing done. The thoroughness that Kim brings was completely lacking. So the bargain introductory price turned out to be a complete waste of money. Furthermore, in an age of commoditization, the extra value that Kim provides by offering the YAG to further enhance results (and get rid of those stubborn capillaries!), will keep me coming back to your spa vs. shopping for bargain pricing. As a marketing professional, I understand how competitive your business is, and the only way to keep customers is to offer that extra value that your staff brings. I appreciate that greatly.
